Stavro's Best Greek Salad

  • Romaine lettuce
  • Fresh red ripe tomatoes
  • Cucumbers, seeded and skinned
  • Red onions cut fresh
  • Green peppers (or other colors, cut in bite size)
  • Calamata olives (As big as you can find them)
  • Greek Feta Cheese
  • Dried Greek oregano
  • Fresh chopped parsley
  • Strompolos’ Authentic Greek Dressing


Endive, fresh oregano, fresh chives, radishes. pepperoncini
celery, green onions, radicchio, and…..Whatever seasonal food is growing in your garden, or the market’s.
Also, for protein: shrimp, chicken, fish, meats, cold cuts, almost anything.

Cut tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, peppers, and place in serving/mixing bowl.  Pour the desired amount of Strompolos’ “Authentic” Greek Dressing on, don’t drown, it’s healthy and tasty stuff. Marinade in the fridge  15 minutes to blend the flavors.  Add the rest of the ingredients you'd like, then mix with the feta and romaine just before serving. Garnish with the fresh chopped parsley and a little-dried oregano.  
Serve IMMEDIATELY, don’t let it lie around and get warm. It’s best served chilled.
