Next to the olive tree, in Greece, lemons and the lemon crop are an important part of the Mediterranean diet and lifestyle. This lighter version of our original Authentic Greek Dressing is made mainly with lemon and olive oil with a touch of mountain thyme instead of oregano and a light touch of rose wine vinegar instead of red wine vinegar. Lemonaki dressing has a fresh, clean, bright taste.

One favorite way to enjoy is to brush this dressing/marinade on chicken and potatoes or chops while they are roasting or as a salad dressing. Enjoy!
