Stavros' Authentic Greek

This premier, all-natural dressing and marinade have their roots in the Strompolos family recipe handed down through many generations where only 100% extra-virgin olive oil is carefully blended with Yiayia's special spices to create this unique flavor.

This ready-to-use dressing is perfect for making Greek salads, soups, sandwiches, and plates of pasta, or as a marinade for meats, poultry, fish, and vegetables. Ideal also for dipping and basting. It is the first and only Greek Salad Dressing IN THE WORLD to have extra-virgin olive oil as its primary Ingredient.

Ingredients: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar, Filtered Water, Garlic, Oregano, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Xanthan Gum.

Stavros' Lemonaki "A Little Lemon"

In Greek, it means "A little lemon." Not overwhelming but certainly there. An authentic Greek dressing and marinade born in the fresh lemon and wild thyme fields of ancient Greece, again, with all Extra Virgin Olive Oil, "NO OTHER OILS USED". White wine vinegar,  white pepper, thyme, easy garlic, and onion. Perfect for a marinade, basting, brushing before and after, Pasta, Pork, Chicken, Salads, and Veggies of all types., Dipping, dripping over, shake well, MMMM.

Yia Yia Special Spices

A pinch of this and a pinch of that. It took many years to record the pinches Yiayia used to create her delicious flavor-boosting Dynamics to the consistent Yiayia's Special Spices.

Yiayia  ( Greek Grandmother) rubs her special spices on chicken, fish, and meat. She also sprinkles it onto pasta, salads, and soups, and in the morning, on eggs, tomatoes, and toast with feta cheese. Her secret spice brings out the full flavor of food without being overpowering.

We believe it's her LOVE that makes everything she touches delicious. She says, "it's my Special Spices".

Papou's Secret Spices

There was something mysterious about Papou's (Grandfather's) cooking.

He rubbed his tasty mix on Beef, Chicken, Lamb, Pork, Fish, Potatoes, and Veggies and watched as it slowly transformed into any appetizing red glow in the oven or on the BBQ.

His famous one-pot stews, with diced tomatoes, his spice mix, Beef, Chicken, Fish, Pasta, Rice, Beans, Vegetables or blends of all, made unique, simple, one-pot Classic Mediterranean stews.

Papou never used a written recipe and the results were always a warm, delicious celebration of the meal, the moment, and life.

Thea's Fish Dust

Our Thea (Aunt) Dina has a gorgeous Seafood restaurant, “The Blue Dolphin” on the pristine Argolic Bay in our Greek Seaside Village of Xiropigado. She dusts her fresh fish delicacies with our family’s subtle, flavor-enhancing seafood spices, then bakes sears and grills for “delicious” every time!
